Good option if you are attending pacha parties

Bang opposite the pacha Club, it's the best option if you are attending the pacha parties coz the guests are automatically guests at the parties. So you save money there. Otherwise also the rooms, washrooms, beds are huge n clean with private balconies. Staff is really nice helpful n always smiling. They have pre parties n performances too.

Stayed at this lovely hotel 6th - 10th June with my girlfriend . Friendly helpful staff Nice clean room but it could do with a bit of an upgrade but apart from that it was a lovely room . Less than a ten minute walk to the beach , Breakfast 🍳 was continental with fresh fruit juices ,water , herbal teas & coffee with a choice of freshly cooked scrambled eggs , fried eggs , poached eggs & omelettes . Added bonus free entry to Pacha night club which is directly across the road .would I stay at this hotel again a definitive yes 👍👍

Not worth the money

We booked this hotel via the British Airways website where they ranked it as 4 star. We chose the hotel based upon it's location to Ibiza Old Town and the previous positive reviews. However, the hotel is tired, dated, and in desperate need to a refurbishment and is no where near a 4 star. The carpet in the communal areas is worn to the bone, the rooms are dark and dingy and very in-customer friendly - for example, you can barely see anything in the bathroom.
Outside the swimming pool is tiny and mostly in the shade, and the are area around the pool is again dated.
Finally, apart from the staff on reception who were lovely, the staff in the restaurant were abysmal and need a good lesson in customer service.
In summary, save your money and stay elsewhere!

Lovely staff at an Ibiza institution

Firstly, the staff at Pacha were super friendly and helpful right from the start and in the end really bent over backwards to deliver my passport to the airport when I left it in the safe at the end of the trip, so I can't thank them enough, they were wonderful.

We were staying for a cycling weekend and the suite we booked was effectively a big room so lots of space for bags and bikes - perfect. The rooms are stylish, if a little worn around the edges these days, but still very clean and tidy - not tons of sockets if you have lots of gadgets like us. Also there's a plastic mattress cover on the bed which was a surprise for a hotel at this level, and a bit clammy on a warm night.

As other reviews say, the breakfast is great - lots of choice, great quality. We didn't get round to eating in the restaurant and there's plenty of dining options in the marina and the town centre is walkable in 10-15 mins

If you're there to club you probably wouldn't notice the noise but this may not be the best hotel if you're planning to be up early and in bed early. Keep ear plugs on hand if you are.

Lovely weekend in Ibiza Old Town

Stayed for 2 nights. Amazing buffet breakfast. Never ate in the evening as one of my friends was a vegan and there was nothing on the menu for her. Bed in the room was lovely and comfy. Free entry to Pacha nightclub was a bonus. Location was fine, about 10 minute walk to Botafoch Marina and 15 minute walk other way to D'Alt Vila.
