I recently came back from a three-night stay here and the hotel was absolutely perfect. The trip started off rocky with me leaving my cell phone in the taxi from the airport, but the lovely lady at the front desk was on top of it and got my cell phone back for me in only a matter of hours. I was very impressed. We stayed in the Generalife Suite and it is stunning. Amazing furnishing and amazing views -- I didn't want to leave.

The room and decor were authentic and cozy. Comfy bed and nice bathroom. The staff were very helpful and took much time to talk through options while we were in Granada. Loved our time here and would recommend this hotel for sure.

This is just a fabulous hotel with excellent service in a beautiful setting. The hotel is really spacious with a limited number of rooms, so there is it just feels like the place is your own! The breakfast was great, the staff really welcoming and helpful and the room was perfect. They even provided a bottle of Cava and a birthday card for my partner's birthday as a surprise. Thank you!

The hotel is designed beautifully, its delightful decor and details are much like the Alhambra palaces, bringing a sense of rich culture. The communal areas are magnificent and the rooms are lovely. The beds are super comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and very nicely laid out. The staff are out of this world! They are incredibly kind, tentative, happy, knowledgeable and help make the stay welcoming/personal. The location is perfect, right in the middle of local history and near plenty of shops and visits. Whilst we were there, the hotel had displayed paintings created by the local school which I thought was a really inspiring way of involving the local community and adding modern local culture into the hotel.

Friendly staff and the hotel is in a great location - reception and main area of the hotel are pretty too. The rooms are ok (a bit too dark) and the free wifi is terrible. I use the internet for checking restaurants and sites when traveling and for email - the internet at this hotel was not useable. If that was improved, at its price point, I would give this hotel a higher rating.
