The hotel is great. Everyone in the hotel tries very hard to satisfy the guests. For a 3* hotel it' s really worth. I would compare it to any 4* hotel in Tunisia. The rooms are very nice and clean. I just missed the fridge. The animators try hard to entertain the gusts. I will definitely voˇe back again.

I was very satisfied with all the services in the hotel. Rooms are very nice and clean. The receptio was very helpful. The food was really tasty. The restaurant staff were doing their best to satisfy guests. Animation team is great. The beach is the most beautiful in Tunisia.

We visited this hotel for a 3 days stay in summer 2014. An absolutely awful experience at all levels.
Started at Check-in which took ages, and then we were asked to go an rent towels at the pool, yes, rent! But the pool office was closed and we couldn't get our towels until the day after.
Room was disgusting, in particular carpets, curtains and bathroom. There was leftover food in the minibar fridge.
Service was very unprofessional and hectic.
Food was the most painful experience, especially if you go to the buffet restaurant, which we did only once.
But even the 'gastronomic' restaurant was a joke.
Please avoid this place if you want to keep good memories of the wonderful beaches of Mehdia

Check in was smooth, Mlle Cherni was very kind and professional , small rooms, lack of maintenance, Selection of food very limited and sometimes messy...Staff at the restaurant is not trained, and never a smile on their face...When you ask for something at the restaurant you better go by yourself, or ask directly the executive Chef, a very kind and appreciative person...When I asked to check out and of course pay my remaining bill, the credit cards terminal was not working...I had to wait over an hour for the cashier to find a solution after talking to all his managers, that was to go to the next door 5 stars Mouradi to pay by Credit card...Which I did...And then decided we would add two days at this other Mouradi Mahdia to relax and go over the stressful couple of days passed at Cap Mahdia, a much better premise indeed....

First things first , I love the beach there, it's really crazy as you can see the fish next to your feet while swimming, the workers there were the best !! So funny and energetic, I had the best summer ever ,met a lot of ppl and saw many shows as they preform every night something new. I loved also the fact that many British folks stayed there , most of the people there were British the only thing I really hated, is the city " Mahdia" and in the hotel zone especially, there's nothing outside and if you're bored of the hotel and got enough inside then I advice you to go home directly as you will find out that there's not a lot to see...yes I know there's the Madina and the traditional shops but think of it, it takes maximum 2 afternoons to see them all... But after all, the hotel is very nice
