The hotel is a bit old but the quality of the service and the welcoming personnel totally compensate for it. The hotel is located in a beautiful green area. The spa and services offered are of good quality.

If you are tired of the noise, the city life and want a total escape, this is probably one of the best Hotel addresses. In a very beautiful natural surrounding, mountain, wood, fresh air, absolute calm, green sightseeing, just on the borders with Algeria, Hamma Bourguiba is a Hotel with a certian degree of confort, good service, very helpful personnel, good food, and a variety of services. The Hotel offers a half-board/Full board or Bed Breakfast formula (around 30 euros/person/night for half board). The particularity of the Hotel is that it is specialized in spa and health cures with hot water (Hammam = bath). The Hotel offers free acces to the pool, you can also pay an extra (4 euros for Turkish bath), a full body massage (20 euros for 30 min) or als some pacakages for nasal, face, articulations cure, with matine algaes, ... The personnel are there to help you. I think it is a quite giood location for relaxing, though animation is missing, also the location is remote from nearest village/city Tabarka.
Ask for a room that have a panoramic view on the mountain.
If you book for half board, make sure you have something to eat during the day, no shops are in the surroundings, restaurants are 10 kms away, and road is not good during the night (mountain with a lot of deviations, be careful). But the view is worth the road, don't miss to visit Tabarka and Ain Draham, you will enjoy it (you can buy wood hand-made artworks). Better if you can avoid the weeked since it will be overcrowded. Also best period of the year : winter and spring times.

It's a very nice day when I visit this hotel. First, the way from Tunis to Hammam Bourguiba crossing the street near the mountains was very nice view. The hotel was situated at the center of mountain, forest. The hotel was very clean and the staff was great. Equipped with natural thermal water to make Hammam or in swimming pool. I visited with my friends and I will return with my family.

It's must to visit place. For mental and physical relaxation.. Wonderful stuff. Tasty buffet and perfect spa.
Suitable for poeple suffering from allergy desease and daily stress. My parents enjoyed their stay .my kids as well

Getting a complete THALLASSO package while enjoying the mother nature.. It was really great experience, but the hotel is far from being 4 stars ( 3 stars is more than enough), add to that the difficulty to reach there.
It is located in the middle of nowhere, you just need to spend your whole day inside it.
