The staff were all lovely and friendly, especially in the dining room. The food was far better than I expected, although at certain times for breakfast and dinner there were a queue of people. when it looks like there is another floor above that could accommodate more people, which wasn’t used! The pork ribs were the best I’d tasted for a long time. Plenty of beds round the pool, but not always enough space to find a spot not on top of others. One thing I’ve not come across before, was, there wasn’t a toilet round the pool, you had to go near reception for them! Our room was ready before 2pm which was a bonus. We were allocated a room the other side of the sports block, which meant it was quite a trek from the restaurant, but it was a lovely spacious comfortable room. On the downside, towels weren’t changed from Friday to Monday and has these rooms (we were in 403) never saw the sun, it was very difficult to dry them. It would have been appreciated if housekeeping changed the towels in this block every day. Getting to and from the airport, it is cheaper to book a shared transfer, but we waited 45 minutes on the coach, a supposedly speedy transfer, when its only 10 minutes up the road and 12 euros in a private taxi.

we went here for my wife's birthday this week, were given a disabled room down by the tennis courts. Great afternoon sun, huge room, huge patio area. People moan about cold food ours was always hot and was changed often. Staff were Brill always smiling. Had a good time and the all-inclusive carries on until you leave the hotel and get on your transport, not when you leave your room like others we have had. Could do with an update here and there but enjoyed our stay very much.

Me and my partner have just returned from a 7 night stay at this hotel.
Our room was clean and spacious. Yes the hotel is a little dated, but most are.
Positives- kept clean, friendly staff, a good selection of alcoholic and soft drinks, free bottles of water from pool bar and evening bar, no loud music by the pool, plenty of sun beds, a good selection of buffet food at mealtimes.
Negatives- hotel surroundings ( baron ) a bit of an eyesore, although it’s a half hour walk to a nice beach in Caleta de Fuste, or there’s a free shuttle bus daily from the hotel to the beach. There aren’t enough tables provided in the restaurant, so you can end up queuing . It’s potluck if you manage to find a table straight away or not.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay. Would we return to this hotel? Probably not, purely because of the location.

Ground floor rooms are ideal for people with mobility problems, stayed late September with elderly mother, staff are amazing, hard working and go out of their way to help.Never had a problem with cleanliness here and food was good, plenty of variety, ate here every night..It is slightly far out but less then 5 mins in a taxi and cheap. Free bus every day does take you to shopping centre and you walk through it to get to lovely beach.Can't believe bad reviews on here, but I go on holiday to enjoy myself not nitpic about petty things. Someone even commented it is in the middle of scrubland! Volcanic island that is the natural scenery. Would be happy to revisit here had an amazing relaxing holiday.

Hotel and staff are fab food is good I would give it 8 out of 10 drink is very good 10/10 not much round the hotel few bars but a nice walk along the coast too main town takes about 20 mins or 5 euro in taxi all in all 12 of us went and 11 of us had a fab time but one was a moaning nob head lol and can not wait to go back and will do soon
