I stayed for one night while on a work trip to Manchester. Everything about this hotel is wonderful: the ambience of the place, design and quality of the bedrooms, the food, service. It was a cold November night and the entire building was marvellously heated. I was permitted to extend my departure an hour and a half after the official checking out time without any extra charge. I would return to Manchester just so I could stay on this hotel!

We where not disappointed by the hotel.From the moment we arrived to the time we left the place was first class.The impressive lounge to the left of the main doors through to the breakfast room looking out over the rear garden made it a relaxing base .The bedroom was well set out, comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and very efficient and made our mini stay a pleasant memory.Well done to you all.

Exceptional hotel . Clean friendly everything you need. The rooms are warm with plenty of towels . Plenty of hot water . Tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was excellent well prepared again everything you need hot or cold . The bed was comfy clean lovely pillows . The staff were excellent and so very helpful

Had a one night stay here recently. Absolutely no cause for complaint, the staff were courteous and friendly, the room was clean and well appointed and the location was perfect for us. Will definitely be staying here again early in the new year. If you want a hotel with that personal touch, then you can't go wrong staying here.

Stayed here for a wedding at the weekend. I expected more from the hotel based on the cost, I found the room to be quite tired looking and in need of a refurb. Saying that the bed was extremely cosy and the room was very clean. What's more the staff were incredibly helpful. I think anyone's verdict on this hotel will entirely be down to which room they are based in. Ours for example only had two skylight windows and no full length mirror so it was missing some points I'd expect!
