Just back from an excellent week at the Elias Beach. A great hotel with great service throughout. Check in was smooth and room was lovely. Really enjoyed the food in the buffet restaurant, and the night at the Asian is well worth it.
The hotel marked the other half's birthday which was a nice touch. Have to mention the entertainment team who were really good. Had some good nights in the Havana club.
The pool area and all inclusive package was good stuff, including free ice cream and champagne.
Really enjoyed the stay and would love to stay again.

My Husband and I travelled here with our 18 month old daughter and another 26 people who were family and friends. We married within the hotel and it was truly amazing. The hotel was clean, the food was great - the buffet restaurant changed theme every night. We also used the a la carte restaurants whilst we stayed and both were great. The entertainment was also very good, the staff were so attentive and you can tell they loved their job, we were only there for a week but noticed the entertainment also changed each week so if you booked 2 weeks it wouldn't be the same entertainment. Artemis who was the wedding coordinator at the hotel was fabulous she met with my husband and I the day we arrived to go through all the details of the wedding day, she put my mind at ease and if I had any questions she was accessible. Helen was also great she worked for Thomson and again was so attentive and helped with everything throughout the wedding day.
We will definitely be back for an anniversary, we loved our time here and would recommend a holiday and anyone who wished to marry abroad.

Wow is all I can say, this hotel really understands Customer Service. My husband & I booked our wedding here and the staff couldn't do enough for us. They truly put themselves out for us at every opportunity. We had 20 guests staying at the hotel and no one had any criticism bar you could only extend your room till 6pm on the day of checkout.
Our wedding itself was fabulous thanks to the wedding coordinators from the hotel and tour operator. They put a lot of special touches in that we did not expect and the manager of the restaurant personally escorted me around at dinner time carrying my plate for me so I could carry the hen of my dress. We felt like royalty! From balloons and champagne in the room to a candlelit meal for 2 away from everyone else we throughly enjoyed ourselves for the whole week.
The pool was warm (not freezing like a lot of hotels) and was not full of chlorine or sea water. The sun beds were excellent and the pool bar well stocked. The hotel was rated a 4 star and usually you knock a star off in translation abroad but this hotel would have been a 4/5 star in the U.K. The plugs were British and the safe and air con free to use in the rooms. Myself and our party are already looking to return next year, truly amazing stay

My husband and I stayed at The Elias Beach Hotel for a week at the end of May to attend my nieces wedding.We have never been on an All Inclusive holiday before and it far exceeded our expectations,it is a beautiful and very clean hotel with a lovely pool.My nieces wedding was so well organised from the ceremony on the pier to the lovely food and entertainment.
The day after we arrived it was my husbands birthday and I had previously been in touch with the lovely Evgenia who is the hotels Guest Relations Manager to arrange a special meal for us in one of their 2 onsite restaurants that you can book that are separate from the buffet restaurant.Evgenia booked a table for us in the Pan Asian restaurant and the food was amazing and at the end of the meal the waiters came out with a birthday cake and sang Happy Birthday to him,balloons were also put in our hotel room and as we were arriving late on the evening before a lovely meal had been left in our room courtesy of Evgenia!
There were 42 of us in total and I didn't hear any complaints from anyone in our party.
I'm not sure All Inclusive is our thing as we normally go self catering in the Greek Islands and don't stay in hotels but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.
Thank you once again to Evgenia and all the lovely friendly staff for a thoroughly enjoyable week.

We were invited to celebrate a family friends wedding being held at this hotel so decided to make it part of our holiday.
From arrival to departure we found the service second to none.
On arrival the bell boy helped us with our cases and took time to explain the various devices in the room.
As we had arrived mid afternoon and had been travelling since 5am we asked if it was possible to have a late lunch, no problem what would you like, 30 mins later it arrived freshly prepared.
Great start to a holiday.
The front desk suggested we register as a club member, which we did, this entitled us to receive fresh fruit in the room etc but the best part of this offer was subject to availability being able to have free late checkout, we asked for this and it was arranged for our departure
The staff from the dinning room through to the pool attendants to the reception to the entertainment persons went out of their way to be helpful
In the evening the Kanika Allstars presented shows for both the children and the adults which were extremely professional.
During our stay we made a number of new friends and prior to departure exchanged email addresses. in one case we lost their details. We sent an email to the hotels customer services and they arranged to send our details to these friends (most hotels would not even bother to respond.
If the balance of the Kanika group hotels follow the example of the Elias Beach Hotel the I would most certainly use this group in future
