Although the room we had was a little cosy it was very clean. New carpet laid and a comfy bed you can lay in and watch TV. Tea and coffee facilities and a toaster and microwave. Major supermarket across the road. 5-10 minutes to the park to watch the monkeys. Handy to town also.

Elphin Villas is conveniently located adjacent to a Coles/24hr Kmart complex.
Ground floor & first floor apartments are available on a sloped block that may make wheel chair access difficult to the ground floor apartments?
The rooms are spacious & very comfortable, the ground floor 2 bedroom unit we stayed in had access in the rear too gardens & a BBQ.
Although the kitchen was supplied with good cooking equipment, kettle, toaster, frypan, saucepans etc. the cooking facilities were a disappointment as only a portable electric 2 hotplate unit is supplied with a convection/microwave. For a family it would be very hard.
On the 2 nights we had people in the unit above it was somewhat noisy when the walked around, thankfully it was only 2 nights

My partner and I always stay here when we go to the footy or just a night away, footy is not that far away from Elphin villas and the rooms are really good and the beds are alright aswell and the free wifi aswell. We will booking Elphin all the time when we go to launceston

This was perfect for our 3 night stay. 3 adults and 1 teenager in a 3 bedroom townhouse meant we all had a comfy bed and space to relax. Washing machine was appreciated.
Clean and tidy place in a handy location - Coles, Kmart and chemist just across the road.
Really lovely staff at check in.
Would definitely stay again.

Haven't stayed at Elphin Villas before. Was very please with the room, which was spacious, with great beds. Could not fault any part of the accommodation.
The area was quiet, and easy to find. Ideal for people wishing to have a peaceful break.
