A lovely hotel. Really good customer service. Chatty staff, spoke English well.
We needed an iron on our visit and staff only too happy to provide one.
Room was clean, bed comfortable a comfortable sized double. Surrounding area was clean and everyone friendly. Id recommend this 4*hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Paris. Everything was on the door step and a great little market for souvenirs just up the road on the Saturday.

This hotel is not as grandiose as other hotels in Paris. I mean the view of Eiffel nor Arc de Triomphe is not here.
I like the hotel for its accessibility to all public transportation although our stay was pleasant enough. Eateries are also around the corner. Starbucks, Burger King and the likes and most importantly Monoprix is also just a few blocks away. Champs Elysees is also nearby if you want to see Arc De Triomphe up close and do some shopping to some of the most popular brands around the world. One metro station is also literally a few steps away meaning all major destinations are accessible anytime. From Louvre to Eiffel. Its just great'
Cleanliness was also not an issue. Linens and the washroom was also clean. I felt safe too which is very important. I did not see any security guards though. Not sure if this is normal in Paris.
Overall, i liked the hotel. Actually, I will have this hotel again in case i visit the city again.
Note: breakfast buffet is available for 10 Euros extra per person.

It is a 3 star hotel with five star prices. The room is big, bed comfy and good sleep. They charge EUR 15 EUR for a continental breakfast with very limited option. I am sure we can find better hotel in town

My wife and I have a four-year running tradition of spending a weekend in NYC at Hotel Elysee in late winter. We love the European charm of the hotel, the pleasant rooms, and breakfasts in the Library. The Hotel is close to great restaurants and Broadway, and we make sure to take full advantage. Service is outstanding, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The Hotel is a wonderful value and we look forward to many more visits in the future

We booked this property with pretty low expectations but we were pleasantly surprised. Room was very small, but it had good heating and and the bed was very comfortable. Nice bathroom with a good shower which is always a positive. Wifi was excellent - very fast and free! They have a very tiny elevator which means you don't have to cart your luggage all the way upstairs. The location was great, only a couple of blocks from the Champs Elysees and very close to major attractions like the Arc de Triomphe as well as cafes, restaurants and train/bus stations. Also close to a laundromat which was helpful for us.
