We stayed here for 3 nights from 7th November to 9th November 2017. Good hospitality, very nice room with fantastic front view of lush green scene was enjoyable. As we prefer jain food, it was arrangeed in breakfast and dinner to our satisfaction.

It is at a nice location when you take the rooms on the front side towards the lawn from the 1st floor and the hotel staff is quite friendly. Specially the food is very very good and even some important preferences or requirements for food are taken care of very nicely specially by chef Naveen.

Booked the hotel upon recommendation of two of my friends who traveled Munnar and stayed over there earlier. although we got the backside room due to rush, still we did not feel any difficulties other than outside view. We stayed there for two nights ,from 02.10.17 to 04.10.17. room was spike and span. Staffs are well behaved and co operative. Whenever they are requested to do anything within five minutes they did it. Foods are awesome. Only complaint is that, if at all it is a complaint, that the rooms needed good mobile charging point. We will surely book the same hotel if we go again.

This property has a good advantage of the location. Its situated very close to the heart of Munnar which is advantageous from the point of view of access to most of the tourist attraction.However this property is more of a hotel than a resort.The only open place is in front of the hotel which is mostly occupied by the cars/cabs , so you have hardly any place to hang out at this property.
The rooms are well maintained sans AC and probably thats the reason that the rooms were smelling at times.Washrooms are well maintained thought the hot water is available only for few hours in the morning and evenings only.
Our room was 306 and we stayed here for two nights in first week of Oct17. The biggest disappointment was that there was too much of noise coming from above our room for which the feedback was given to the reception the following day and request was made to check the same so that its not repeated the next night.But to our utter dismay there again was huge commotion and sound coming from the top which again disturbed the sleep.Peace and comfort are the main reason for going on a vacation and choosing a hotel and this hotel for sure did not not provide us the peace.Further the walls ostensibly are not sound proof/very thin , so that you can even hear which channel is being played in the adjacent room.
The only respite was the restaurant service . They have an impressive spread of buffet breakfast which is tasty also. Dinner is mostly buffet .However the restaurant manager arranged a la carte as we were not in a mood for buffet.I have generally seen that if a hotel has arranged buffet , then they are very reluctant for a la carte , but they were very accommodating which really impressed us.

It was a nice stay here. Climate is very good. All staffs were friendly, well behaved and service friendly. Room have a small balcony and its directly opening to the hill view. Food also very good. Totally we enjoyed our stay here.
