it was my first trip to Wayand, was not sure about the resort and nearby but a Hotel Manager Mr. Jijo help me a lot in finding the best place to visit in Wayanad and he was very helpful in all the aspects of guest relation service.
food was awesome and we had variety to dishes to choose from, Resort was very beautifully maintained and many activities to keep the Team engaged.
at the end we had a grate experience at Resort and happy to see may helpful staff around us to help us in all the aspects.
Special Thanks to Mr. Jijo, Mr. Foni and Abhi
would love to visit the resort again in coming January

Starting with the rooms..they are pretty neat and clean. House keeping staff was quick. Was a bit sceptical about the food but turned out to be quite good. Tried to experiment with the other hotels but this was more reliable in terms of Indian food..Didn't like Chinese though. Cost wise it will definitely not put a hole in your pockets as food is reasonable. Unfortunately we stayed in the hotel when thr was a strike declared all over Kerala but the hotel manager Dijoy took good efforts to drop us and pick up safely from the spot we wanted to visit. Place is peaceful with a lot of greenery around...

The location of the resort and rooms was good and they are properly maintained from outside. While we go in deeper, things are on reverse. Below are my experience
1. Was able to see ants inside room and nearby to tea maker and all
2. Hot water was not readily available and eventhough the service guys came up and checked it was not fixed. Waited around 1 hr to take a shower and finally done with cold water itself.
3. Food items were limited while considering the buffet breakfast and also the alacaute dinner.
4. The dinner items ordered was not that much good.

The staying in the Crescent family resort was very pleasant and enjoyable for us. We liked the location very much. The service people everywhere were very nice and polite.
it is very homely in the best sense, and the fittings are all in good condition or have been recently renovated. The rooms are extremely calm spacious and comfortable. Excellent breakfast... only bad I felt was timing for the swimming pool till 8 only.

Crescent Residency was a very nice resort for a good family get away from the busy city life. The place is maintained well though some rooms had a suffocating smell which could be worked on. The highlight of the place were the very friendly and courteous staff and the excellent food which was very homely. Upon our feedback regarding the access to the restaurant which was a steep slope unfit for elders and kids, the hotel staff immediately took action on the same and made some quick fix to rectify the same. More lighting on the stairs leading to the rooms could be a safer option especially for travellers with elderly people and kids. Swimming pool and auditorium facilities were also good. Wifi was free although the connectivity was very poor. Overall we enjoyed the stay at this place very much and highly recommend it to others.
