Staff from beginning to end was very welcoming and helpful. The small convenience store by lobby was great as I forgot to pack a toothbrush and toothpaste. Breakfast was delicious especially the egg omelet station. Happy Hour and Dinner was great making it no reason to go anywhere else. Best of all very comfortable beds.

Amazing Customer Service—- front desk gentleman ( flashy dresser) took care of all our requests and greatly exceeded our expectations. Chef (with 21 yrs experience) made the best omelette ever! Great place to stay.

A few issues with this hotel . Had to change rooms due to the moldy, musty smell.....The lobby and hotel are excessively cold ... Very uncomfortable....Not well kept on the outside and car break-ins not uncommon ...This is a non
smoking hotel, yet people smoke on the balconies ....Their breakfast buffet and happy hour are nice....The employees by enlarge are unfriendly ....

This is a nice hotel in a good location. I had an issue with my room and I reported it to the front desk (Luis Mayor), who could not have been nicer or more gracious. He assigned me to a new room that was very nice and followed up to make sure I was happy with it. He has outstanding customer service skills!

OK hotel ,convenient location to main roads,good breakfast and nice cocktail hour , Room was clean and suite area good and roomy. Bedding could be more comfortable and road traffic was somewhat annoying in late hours of night
