at check in my room was not ready and had to wait 40 minutes to get a new room and then when we did get it we had a issue with the shuttle that was promised to us for our event ,we had to find our own way back at a cost of 35.00.

If you like Embassy Suites you will be happy here. We are treated well by the staff. Lots of room, kids are happy with space and food. Parking can be a bit of a challenge. Location is excellent: close to all sorts of great shopping and attractions.

I stayed at the Embassy Suites in Brea recently while travelling for work. I always enjoy staying at an Embassy as they are usually consistent and I like the amenities. I enjoyed the Manager's reception all 3 nights and let's be real - who doesn't like free drinks! The staff was friendly and after the first night, the bartender knew exactly what I wanted and poured my drink while I waited in line! That's the sign of a good bartender!
I also enjoyed breakfast each morning. The omelet station was good and fast and the breakfast selection was good. One nitpick - if you're from the south like I am, you'll be disappointed that the biscuits served are canned. I don't go to CA to eat biscuits, but just be aware.
Service was good all the way around - everyone was friendly and helpful and I have no complaints about service. My room was clean and the only complaint I had was that my tub had a slow drain - which means I ended up with a small pool at the end, but that's a minor inconvenience.
All in all, I'm an Embassy Suites fan, and this particular one was no exception - I would stay here again.

Check in and check out was terrible. Room was smokey making it very hard to sleep much less do anything in the room. The facility is located in a good location - next to the mall and placed to eat. Worst experience I have had at this place and I have stayed there many times before.

I’ve stayed at a lot of properties but this one is by far the best. Rooms are exceptional and the penthouse suites are some of the biggest rooms I’ve ever seen. Great location with plenty of restaurants and things to do as well.
