This hotel makes coming for 1-3 visits a year to the Cleveland Clinic a lot more cheerful. We tried other places closer to the Clinic, but they were more expensive, not as well-kept, and this is in a nicer area. The staff is very professional and you can tell they place a high value on being personable and kind. The cocktail hour and breakfast are a wonderful value, and the Beachwood shopping is extensive and close by. Highly recommend this property.

The staff here is awesome. Everyone is extremely nice. Rooms are a little outdated thus the 4 star. Had a little issue with house cleaning but they bounced back. Again have to come compliment the staff.

This Embassy Suites Hotel has lots of spaces where my family gathered over a weekend together. We used the ample lobby seating, the Manager's reception area, the breakfast area and of course our individual guest living rooms. Sleeping rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and attentive. Hotel location is near many restaurants.

Thin walls/Noise in my room was so bad I could hear every move of my neighbor, coughing, bathroom activity! Additional noise from hall and atrium only made it worse. Hotel could not accommodate trying to move me to a new room for my second night. Staff didn't seem to care!

Hotel was well kept and clean but the staff from beginning to end was less that helpful. As someone that travels 45 weekends a year, you come to expect a certain level of consistency within the Hilton brand, this one fell way short of our expectations from the staff point of view. Hotel was neat and clean though.
