My friends and I hung out at a table with some drinks from our room and enjoyed ourselves and company. ROGER, One of the managers was AWESOME coming by checking on us. We certainly enjoyed the being at home type experience.

This is the second week long visit to this hotel and they always deliver. The staff is the best! They strive to make your stay excellent and truly care. The breakfast is one of the best on the road and happy hour is very good.

Stayed here on a Saturday night in mid November with our 3 and 8 year old kids.
The hotel was slightly outdated, but overall kept very clean. The atrium area was very nice with plenty of seating, light, and nice water features and gardens.
Our room was clean and comfortable, but the bathrooms are a little small. The beds were very comfortable.
The pool area is clean and pleasant, but got crowded in the evening.
What really helped drive home the value was that there was a complementary open bar and snacks from 530pm-730pm as well as a full-on complimentary breakfast buffet to include made to order omelettes.
Staff are professional, helpful, and polite. This was our first stay at an Embassy Suites, but I can't wait for my next. A+.

Great breakfast buffet. Huge rooms. Very clean rooms and hotel. Pool and hot tub were great to relax in after a day of touring Colorado Springs. Friendly staff got there early to check in they still checked me in.

Reserved 10+ rooms for wedding and everyone got a nice clean room, I also rented a room for the night so my wife had time to ourselves since we have children and had family members take care of them so we could have alone time. I let them know it was my wedding night and let them know I had a bottle of Dom that needed iced, I ran in before the wedding to check in, threw the bottle and bags in the room and ran out. They had two glasses and the bottle on ice upon our arrival. Only issues I had was one of the main elevators were down, they were hosting a comic con so parking was frustrating and there were a lot of cosplay people wondering around the common areas which was weird for my guests. I also wish they put us in room with a decent view, due to the festivities going on I had a view of a bunch of trailers and panel vans of vendors and dumpsters not that it ruined the stay it just cheapened it. I did appreciate to slightly lower prices offered to our guests. All in all I’d recommend this hotel to all. Decent 3 star hotel also the lobby was recently renovated.
