Housekeeping, breakfast & front desk staff are superior. All seem genuinely helpful. Location is near everything (including traffic)! Close to I-4, walk to mall & at least a dozen eateries & shops. Hotel adjoins great walking trail & park. Despite traffic, only 20 minutes to downtown in the heat of rush hour. I would stay here again.

Love to stay at Embassy Suites in Altamonte Springs. Feels like home! Great food and great rooms. I like the bed and rooms are always clean. No surprises. Also has a nice indoor pool area. I only stay at Embassy Suites!

excellent location on the lake, great for morning walk or run nice, clean, quiet rooms complimentary cocktail reception and breakfast with good variety of choices comfortable beds and awesome pillows!

Stayed here for 3 nights while our daughter was at Florida Hospital delivering our 8th grandchild. Perfect location. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice suite with view of the lake. Enjoyed evening reception every night. We got a great rate.

We stayed here on our Orlando Adventure. The hotel is 10 minutes from downtown. The Embassy has a regular lay out with the huge atrium in the middle. This atrium has a couple of small water features, the glass elevators, and a huge gazebo in the middle of the area. There is a pool and a workout area. The pool is beautiful and there is a whirlpool in there as well. The workout area is full adorned with mirrors, televisions, several running machines and other workout accouterments. The staff were lovely and were highly familiar with their area and the sites to see in the area. There is also an Omaha Steakhouse on the premises; of course, there are several restaurants and shops within walking.
The room was a typical suite. The couch doubled as a bed (pull out). There was a small fridge and a microwave, as well as a sink. The bedroom had a door to close, a television, and plenty of locations in which to place your clothes. The room was spotless. The breakfast was magnificent and free - and if you needed to eat lunch that day, well that was your own fault.
Great stay - definitely recommend.
