216ralphnon 20/11/2017 19:59I had a great stay at the Embessy Suites in Laredo Texas. The service was outstanding and the rooms were very neat and orderly. Ammenities were awesome as well. Make sure you try the Hilton chain of hotels, you won't regret it.
Great Location
edgarfrancisc0con 06/11/2017 17:09Excellent suites, great location, good breakfast. Good spaces, I asked for a crib and in 5 min it was in the suit. The shower was good and enough space for a family with 2 kids. The TV needs more kids channels.
Focused on service and quality

The room was very clean and well insulated from any disturbing sounds. The manager’s reception was a huge plus to meet other guests.
Embassy Suites: The Way It Used to Be!
vanenglishon 30/10/2017 18:03Sometimes, Embassy Suites can just be disappointing. I've written my share of unflattering reviews here and elsewhere. But not this one. Remember how Embassy Suites used to be? Signature restaurant on the premises, huge rooms overlooking a big atrium, real glasses and plates at happy hour? Well, this is ALMOST all of that. I say almost because the only blemish on this otherwise stellar experience was the one night I ordered room service. Those happy hour margaritas were just too good, and I was in no condition to drive anywhere for dinner, so I ordered a bowl of tortilla soup from room service. The attendant said it would be up in 10-15 minutes. More than 30 minutes later, it still hadn't arrived, so I called. She said it was on it's way. Sure enough, there was a knock at my door. Worse than being late, the soup was tepid and had absolutely no flavor at all. I mean, it was the blandest thing ever.
Other than that one snafu, though, I was very happy with the hotel and would stay there again. The entire chain could take lessons from this one. (Although the chef and room service staff could take lessons from some of the others, I'm afraid.)

nathanf333on 24/10/2017 16:40Nice Hotel, clean, but very old looking, needs a refreshing look, more modern and simplistic will help, kind of expensive for the vibe it gives, anyway, one or maybe the best around. The beds are on the soft side and the air conditioning takes a long time to cool down, but it works, just wandering if in a really hot day, it will.
