After being told I was lucky to get the only room they had left because they regularly overbook, I got to the room and found yellow PEE stains on the toilet seat and hair in the sink. The bed also didn't look clean. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. OBVIOUSLY POOR MANAGEMENT.

Great rooms, good beds and pillows. Great continental breakfast and complimentary evening reception. The receptionist at the check in were very friendly. Lobby area clean. Quick check in. Bathrooms clean.

One of my room was available until after 7pm & the room had a mildewed pillow in the room. It made me ill! I did complain to 2 different staff members about my issues. I received a 20.00 Discount but that wasn’t a lot for having to wait & still receive a room with a mildewed pillow that made me wheeze. I’ve always held Hilton in high regard and this issue makes me question The Hilton Brand.

This hotel is beautiful. Our refrigerator was broken however it was resolved immediately. Staff were very friendly great breakfast and free drinks. After a 12 hour drive and our first hotel we went to being the hotel from hell this was a complete recovery for our trip. Would stay here again if ever in the area again.

I had to visit Memphis for a two day conference. The room was perfectly clean and ready on arrival, the staff were polite and effiient. The fitness suite was easy to get into and the breakfast was a great set up for the days on the stay. I would certainly recomend this hotel to anyone staying in the Memphis area.
