Checked in didn't receive my Hilton honors gift bag because staff to busy talking to each other. Get to room towels on floor bed sheets dirty. Go to breakfast food is COLD!!!!! Told staff an they asked me what do I want them to do in a smart way. I was checking this place out for a sweet 16 party but I change my mind

Great location for our weekend, but the hotel certainly was not up to the Embassy Suites standard. We got to our room and my wife tried to do some business online and she couldn't get connected. I went down to the front desk and they said there were no problems and they gave me the 800 tech support number. In the end we got online sporadically, but never for a long time. Going to breakfast in the morning I overheard different groups talk about the poor WiFi. They had some bad routers, some areas worked, others did not. Breakfast was excellent, the evening reception left a lot to be desired; snacks of nuts and popcorn. Our room was nice except for the black in the grout in the shower, looked like it hadn't had a good cleaning with a scrub brush in a long time. The thing that really upset me was when I talked to the manager about the WiFi, he made it sound like I was the only one having a problem. When I got home I was on the Tripadvisor site and I read a review from the previous week from a gentleman saying how bad the WiFi was. Embassy Suites is a big chain, if they need new equipment, go buy it. You certainly would not expect this kind of problem with a hotel that caters to business men. I will stay at Embassy Suites in the future, but just not this one.

I used the ballroom at the Embassy Suites for a surprise birthday party. I also stayed a couple days during this time. The staff at the ES are nothing short of amazing! Everybody is so helpful. Nancy H. made planning the party so easy...everything was perfect! I would definitely recommend the ES, regardless if you’re planning a party, need a mini vaca or just something to do with the kids give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

A quiet and clean hotel. The staff was great. But the wifi was the worst I've ever seen at a hotel. Prevented me from doing my job as I needed to while staying at the hotel. That made for a horrible experience which is sad because the rest of the experience was a positive one.
