I stayed at this property on a business trip. While the property was already very nice and conveniently located, there was clearly a lot of work being done to make improvements. Each day I observed staff members upgrading and improving the property, both on the inside and out. Additionally, staff was extremely friendly and seemed genuinely concerned with my satisfaction. A staff member named Kenya actually texted me to ensure I was satisfied and had everything I need.

Well the hotel was nice and the breakfast was fabulous as well as the evening reception our room had no hot water not even warm and I had no Heating. We also had other parties in our group that had the that stayed in different rooms and they have the exact same issues

This hotel is in a great location close to beach and shops. However there are noisy and intrusive renovations that spoiled our stay. The breakfast is below par for an Embassy suites and the mangers reception is a joke - all they do is put out some nachos and there are no drinks available! I asked the staff for a soft drink and they said I needed a coupon so I went to the front desk and they said I did not need a coupon !! In the end I gave up !! Breakfast staff are functional and not friendly - maybe they are fed up with the rennos as well ??

Egg white omelets made-to-order were to die for! During evening reception, the surprising thing to us was that they provided liquor as well as wine or beer and for a longer period of time than the usual. Staff bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. Their attentiveness to detail is impeccable and it shows in the high quality of the design of the new space. Melissa and Jonathan gave us excellent customer service. Thank you again for a wonderful stay. We'll be back!

Last minute stay and was even though the lobby area is under renovation, the night was good. Great staff and clean rooms.
Wifi worked as advertised and the air conditioning work well. There were plenty of outlets for tech as well. Breakfast was very tasty as was the snacks and food at the "reception" the night before. Haven't stayed at an embassy for a while, pleasantly surprised at the updates being done/have been done at this property.
I'd return in a heart beat.
