What People are saying
so comfortable and relaxing

Rooms were very comfortable and the suites were nicely arranged for privacy with a door that closed between the bedroom/living room areas. Bedding was fluffy and spotless, bathroom linens also were soft, fluffy and non-chlorined, but fresh.
Social hour became a bit noisy on Saturday evening, but quieted after the guests left for other venues. Breakfast was up to the usual Embassy suites standards and delicious. We were on the first floor and it was nice to walk directly to our room without an elevator. I might recommend a first-floor option to other guests for that convenience to breakfast, cocktails and the pool, as well as just entering/exiting the hotel.
They also had a wide variety of wines available by the glass at the bar and the bartender was very knowledgeable.
The address was easy to find and valet parking was very prompt. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.
Good overall stay!

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was great! I was glad there was valet parking because I didn't feel safe leaving my car in the lot provided. The view from our window was a giant air conditioning unit! Not fun!
Fun location and very clean hotel

We stayed on a Saturday night in June, 2017. The location is perfect for downtown Omaha activities as we walked across the street to the Old Market district (restaurants, shops, horse-drawn carriage rides, etc. We walked about 3 blocks up to a street art fair - very hot day so nice to not have to deal with the added stress of traffic and parking, etc. Check-in was "ok"...parking at registration was very congested and we actually got trapped in the circle and had to wait to get out. The girl at check-in was not super friendly - no smile or greeting and had to ask where self-parking was located and about the evening reception/breakfast location and times. She didn't offer ANY extra help, like where the elevators were or our room, etc. FYI, self-parking is $12/day and the lot is across the street from the hotel, so if you have a load to take to the room, I suggest you do it at check-in!! The room was very clean and spacious - typical Embassy Suites. I will say the rooms were very quiet - only once heard kids running by the door. The evening reception was very crowded and included chips/salsa, cheese and crackers, and carrot sticks/broccoli. There were two bartenders serving everyone so there were lines but it moved fairly quickly. The breakfast was ok...the cook-to-order line was always long so we didn't even stand in it. We just got the biscuits/gravy, fake scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausage off the hot buffet - nothing to write home about. It was definitely a nice atmosphere as all the tables were around flowing water with fish and lots of greenery. All in all, great location (5 stars), very clean (5 stars), not particularly friendly and (3 stars-average) not great food...kind of pricey (we usually stay at Hamptons and H.I. Express), but ok for downtown location.
fun stay

Perfect place to stay- loved the staff, loved the cooks. We came down for the Taste of Omaha in the park and this was the perfect place to visit Old Market and go to the park to listen to music. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, drinks great and breakfast amazing.
Business and pleasure trip - OUTSTANDING

This hotel continues to amaze me. Immaculately clean. Every member of staff from cleaning people to managers are super friendly. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Food from free breakfast to catered meals is tremendous. For families and business, this is the place to stay.
