Pros: free breakfast, free afternoon reception, convenient for airport travel.
Cons: over priced; old hotel, starting to look rundown. Airport transportation is in old dirty vehicles. My room did not meet minimum standards for cleanliness.

Travel weary, hungry, needing a drink and a soft bed as I walked through the door and I was welcomed and given all within a couple of hours of arriving. Granted I chose the munchies at the manager's reception to take the place of dinner, but easily could have ordered in my room. I was greeted with a smile and without any issues. The suite was large and comfortable. Even though I was traveling alone, the two room suite was great for separating wake and sleep times. Large shower and bathroom were much appreciated.

Wonderful hotel to stop for the night when traveling through Philadelphia. Not far from the airport. If you’ve stayed at any Embassy Suites, this one is pretty much the same as the others (same amenities). If you’re staying for a trip to the city, there are plenty of options in town (I like to stay near things I can walk to—less dealing with traffic).

I stay at Embassy Suites quite a bit and this was by far the worst one. The hotel staff was terrible. I had a lot of baggage to get into my room and when I asked for help, I was told that was a service they provided (help??). There were weddings both nights I was there and even though I was on the very top floor, I could feel the bass of the music through the wall. It went on very late. (after midnight)

Convenient, free shuttle to airport and return, safe parking, nice and friendly staff, good food, clean areas, free newspaper, helpful. Front desk were extra helpful to us. We came late and when I asked about delivery for a pizza, I was given some information to aid us in getting some late comfort food.
