First morning staying at the property a roach was discovered in my room, they removed and admitted it was a roach with no apologies or offer to move me to slither room. I had to go to the front desk and request to be placed in another building the front desk clerk offered no apology or excuse he gave me a new set of keys but since I was info a hurry to attend training I was unable to confirm the new room was in a different building until later in the evening come to find out the new room was not in a a separate building again I had to explain the situation I finally received a new room in a separate building near the unloading zone. I have also never had maid service where the shampoo and conditioner bottles I used were removed from the shower and placed back on the vanity without replacement.

Loren’s attitude should be commended. I️ am in the Hospitaliy industry (golf and country clubs) and the “can do attitude” and friendly demeanor of Loren is what we always look for. You can teach policy, but attitude is inherent and should be cherished.

This hotel is exceptional. Very clean, comfortable, and an excellent staff. Breakfast is included and they do a great job. There is fresh fruit, pastries, omlettes to order, blueberry pancakes cooked to order, as well as bacon and sausage. It was such a treat to eat outside every morning. We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here due to the Tapatio Cliffs property looking dated, and being overrun with way too many people! This was the exact opposite. We were here during spring break, and they did have a lot of youth baseball teams there, but they were gone for most of the day. Pool was great, and the breakfast and happy hour at night were just right. They had a decent selection of appetizer and drinks to choose from, and it wasn't overly busy. Breakfast was somewhat more busy as the baseball teams all ate before they left, but nothing that wa horrible to handle. Pool and hot tub were great during the day. Our room overlooked an apartment building to the west, but seemed much quieter than overlooking the pool. Had a great view of the sunset. Would stay here again for business or pleasure.

Great service, great place to stay while in Phoenix. Staff, and all amenities were some of the best. Golf Course in the back yard isn't too bad either!! Will be staying at this property again in the future!!
