The staff was amazing! The staff went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you! Also, welcomed my yorkies with open arms and always making a fuse over them. A+ A+ We would stay at this hotel again in a heart beat

Very poor upkeep, outdated furniture and linen, smelled like still had linen from the last patrons. Cold with no one to come service poorly working heater. Complimentary breakfast was awful. Broken ice machines, broken ATM....Serious renovations and upgrades needed.

This hotel is in a total state of disrepair both in the facilities as well as the staff. Don’t expect to use the restaurant because it’s almost always closed. There was mold in the rooms and the toilets leak. And if you have a problem expect an attitude from the staff.

We loved the indoor atrium feel, the stone flooring and the pool area. But we had several cleanliness issues with our room when we walked in - including a tub full of soap scum and body hair due to an unfixed clogged drain. Hotel needs some updating and maintenance. It is a great value because a full breakfast is included.

Normal amenities. Good location and rooms updated. Nice breakfast and happy hour. Shop around for best price. Remember if you use a third party provider they may not give you credit if you keep up with points.
