The Rooms were Untidy and the AC absolutely Sucked, it had TV Though.
The food was Very Good(Lunch&Dinner)
Morning food was Complimentry, nothing special, Average. Had asked for water from the BellBoy(3Times) & he never gave it, absolutely Ridiculous.
The Room Service was decent.
The Towels were bad, bad Quality.
The Bathing Water was bad too.
There was a swimming pool, in which we had a great time. There were also a steam room & a Sauna, but when we went to the steam room & Sauna, it stinked & wasn't Working.
There was a Gym too, most of the things were not working.
Overall, It should improve a Lot & should Renovate the Hotel & should keep it clean.

Location is ok. That's about it nothing else positive to say.
The towels looked dirty, I didn't even touch them so does the blanket and pillows. I felt like I was going to catch a STD from staying there. Only stayed one night and that was too long. Staff are incompetent, took me 4 hours to get wifi and it only worked for 1 hour. What a joke. I ordered room service after a long day and woke up with an upset stomach.

The hotel was walking distance to MG road and most good restaurants. A quiet area which was fantastic, given that Bangalore is the 3rd most populated city in India.
The staff were helpful and even helped us with changing money when the banks ATM would only give out RS 2000 per day.
The phone ringing in the service area was the only annoying thing of the entire stay but Im sure that was a one off thing.
Very spacious room and good amenities as well.

Empire Restaurant is too good for Biryani Rice, Ghee Rice, Grilled Chicken Biryani and Chicken Kabab. Rest of the Menu is ok, but these are outstanding. Also Try the Lemon Soda ( Sweet and Salt) with Ice with Lunch. Overall Nice ambiance. Buffet also available but to me it was not appealing much.

The rooms are fine and the location is good. However they need to significantly improve on bathroom quality.
The good part is they have 24 hours checkout. Breakfast buffet starts quite late i.e. 8.30 am...
Room service is prompt.
