Very nice hotel and super location. For being great hotel we were a little disappointed to find the bed in such bad condition. My wife’s side of the bed which is the closest to the washroom was completely broken down. There was no support and the bed made such a noise when get in or moving around. The mattress was totally broken down. When my wife laid on the bed it was much lower than the side I laid on. The plug in the bathroom didn’t work and on the deck there was several broken tiles. I mentioned these items to the front desk and the guy didn’t even make a note or write it down. Still liked my stay at this hotel

Stacy Rosario and her team were fantastic! She was super patient, responsive, and attentive to all of my needs/questions. I wouldn't have been able to pull this off without her. Don't plan on getting married again, but maybe for our renewals we'll be able to spend a couple nights out of town here :)
Food was excellent, service was excellent, couldn't have asked for anything better. Big thank you to Nelson, our butler, as well, you rock!

Met friends here for a night. Lobby was nice. Rooms ok, but had seen a better days. Our room had a dirty carpet and other people's hair on the bathroom floor. The sheets had some little"things" on them, that I tell myself were just from the washing machine. In the morning I noticed the sheet was torn- just a sign of lack of attention. Price was ok for location and level of hotel. Food at Zuma in the lobby area was delicious and nicely prepared. Food was the highlight of the stay. Atmosphere of restaurant was "lively", meaning loud, but great for a fun group. Service from front desk/language that they used seemed kind of amateur. Meh.

Our visit was enjoyable, but not extraordinary. The check in staff and process were good. We did get there a bit early, so the front desk said they would keep in touch with us through a text messaging system. They instantly responded to our texts, which was appreciated.
The room itself was great. I didn’t completely enjoy the pool area, mostly because of the scaffolding. This however should not be an issue for too much longer. There’s a Whole Foods one or two blocks away, which was convenient. The location is also perfect if you are taking a cruise; we ordered a Lyft and the cost was less than $5! One thing I didn’t like about our stay was there were orchid flowers laying on the floor by the elevator on the day we arrived, and they were still there the next day when we checked out...That’s not something I would expect from a 5 star hotel.

After Hurricane Irma my family was displaced due to power outages in my area. We stayed at the Epic hotel which was one of the first properties to be up and running shortly after the storm. I was pleased to see they were extending their hospitality not only to people affected by the storm but to their furry family members as well! The staff was amazing! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Especially thankful to Mr. Daniel Valladares who went above and beyond to ensure our family was well taken care of during our stay at Epic. Kudos to the Kimpton family for a job well done!
