Good hotel in good location

I loved staying there for two weeks on a business trip. Good breakfast for sure! It’s clean and staff is friendly. It was super noisy though. The location was good for me to move around at night but it is a very busy street, even at night. The hotel has not the best insulation.
Still Waiting for cancellation refunds made in July 2017

I am having a terrible experience after cancelling rooms which was booked for and cancelled in July 2017. I had booked 2 rooms for my overseas guests in July of 2017 and had paid advance via the Escape Hotels website by my credit card. They were cancelled within the time frame detailed in the terms & conditions of agreement at the time of booking. I have exchanged several emails and endless phone calls to the sales manager, Mr Ramesh who promised a refund by email and over the phone, but these were still not fulfilled. The accounts manager, Mr Srinivas is never available for a call nor a discussion. 3 months have passed since the cancellation. The hotel has continuously displayed unprofessional behaviour over the refunds. Just imagine, we have never even stepped into the hotel and have been undergoing such a harrowing experience. Thank goodness, we never stayed there. I would strongly recommend against engaging with this property for your stay. Please read guest reviews who have had bad experiences and make your decision wisely as I am sure they entirely correct as these are genuine concerns.
Terrible Place

This is a terribly dirty place. Bed linen to the bathroom linen, everything was stinking. The check in process was a trouble, when we booked the hotel, we had paid online including taxes and the hotel staff insisted on charging taxes again at the hotel, this was sheer miscommunication from the hotel. We wouldn't have spent so much on a boutique hotel for sure that is so filthy. The restaurant, which we were told we were able to eat in at 7pm was again sub standard with water leaking from everywhere. The food was substandard barely warm and not tasty at all.
The room had a balcony, which was dusty, cob webs hanging from all sides furnished with broken cane chairs, paint peeling off.
We order for 2 bottles of water and that was charged at 50/- per bottle which we thought was loot.
This place is terrible waste of money, please do not waste your time and money on this at all.
Only acceptable if they don't trick you

Hotel: I had inquired at the time of booking for a room away from main street (the 100ft road) but was clearly informed that all their rooms face the main street. No, question of availability or higher tariff didn't come into picture and as I found out later, they DO have rooms facing away from the incessant din of 100ft road.
Those rooms away from the street are pretty great, at least you can get some peace of mind and break away from the maddening rush of Bangalore.
I was given a room just above the black rabbit restaurant, and the noise was extremely disturbing. Not just noise from the restaurant really, but from one of the most crowded streets in Bangalore. From early morning 5-6am till late at night the honks and traffice never seemed to stop. You could feel the vibrations of buses passing through and overall it made for one of my worst hotel experiences ever. The room itself wasn't much to talk about either, with dated interiors, sqeaky floors and a not very comfortable bed.
Location: Indiranagar is the party/dining/shopping hub of Bangalore and this hotel puts you right in the center. It is great if you are keen to just stay within Indirangar only and entertain yourself. But no matter how much you like the noise, you would want to come back to a quite room and get some rest. Impossible for that to happen if you were given the kind of room I was (#403).
If you have work away from Indiranagar, then I wouldn't suggest staying here. This area is a mess and has become a traffic nightmare. I feel bad for people who actually have to live here.
Only good for location!

Hotel is in a great location in Indiranagar. Close to restaurants/bars etc. However initially after checking in the WIFI DID NOT WORK. Had to make 4 calls, 2 visits to the reception and 5 hours later they managed to fix it. Spend half a day trying to sort it out.
Water in the shower is strictly lukewarm and NOT HOT at all.
Breakfast: Extremely average for the price of the hotel.
