We spent a week here, we read that it was a dog-friendly facility so we brought our dog. On the last morning, we went to the beach with the dog. When we went back to the room for packing, the dog left some sand on the floor. At that point, cleaning service entered the room and started complaining about the floor being dirty. The owner, Mr. Luciano, came in as well (all this WITHOUT asking any permission, and it wasn't checkout time yet) and started yelling at us. He literally told us "you are like those dirty people from campsites". I am under the impression he was making a scene on purpose, in order to charge us some extra money. At this point he was really going overboard so we begin to answer back and he just went away without even replying. I am still shocked he dared to insult us. During the entire vacation, his attitude towards was weird, almost passive-aggressive. We are extremely quiet people so I am not sure what was his problem. Luckily the rest of the staff is nothing like him, and the location was just wonderful. Definitely coming back to Cervia, but we'll never book at this place again.

Been here with a friend for a couple of days.
The service was super familiar and friendly.
Room clean and not too hot.
Breakfast was super delicious with lot of hand made cakes and jams.
The owner is really dedicated to his job. Nice environment.
Nice location just close to the sea side. You just have to cross the maritime pine trees wood and you are at the beach.
