Nice Little Hotel with a Great Rooftop

Nice little hotel with a great rooftop bar and lounge area. Rooms are fine (nothing special) but the area on the top of the building makes it special. The staff was warm and friendly and the location is pretty good. A solid mid-range option for couples or friends.
Decaying although friendly

Sorry to say that, despite the warm reception by the employees, this hotel has lost its charms.
We stayed in the suite with bathtub in the room (top floor, just below the rooftop terrace). It was noisy (one can hear every sound from the terrace, and it can be very noisy), and the ceilings and walls were in relative decay (see pictures). The tub takes about over an hour to fill (when the water doesn't go cold on you). The room is very spacious but that's all it has to offer. The breakfast is appalling, with low-quality ingredients and cereals that are well past their consumption date (see picture).
I can see why this hotel had some appeal but clearly the owners have abandoned this place abd decided to make a return on investment. Hopefully they'll reinvest.
Fantastic from A - Z

This is a jewel and an oasis of tranquility right in the heart of vibrant, beautiful Sevilla. Amazingly helpful, friendly and professional staff who went more than that extra mile to answer questions, give great Insider tips and to ensure that my stay was just perfect. I was sad to leave and this is my first choice for the next trip to Sevilla.
The best welcome ever

The man at the reception desk (I regret not getting his name) made our stay! Upon our arrival, he pulled out a city map and spent a generous amount of time suggesting places to see and eat. He gave us tips on avoiding entrance lines, reserved seats for us at a flamenco show, and ordered paella (fresh, not frozen) for us at a local restaurant requiring 24 hour's notice - all before we even got to the room! We consider ourselves most fortunate that he was on duty when we arrived! The hotel itself was in a good location - quiet and easy walking distance to many of the popular sights. The room was adequate and clean, the wifi good, and the breakfast convenient if somewhat overpriced. We would definitely stay here again.
Central Location, but a little disappointed. Good breakfast though

Having read very good reviews in both Trip Advisor and the booking agent, we were just a little disappointed. Our big mistake was to ask for a quiet room. This turned out to be an internal room - 203, quite small in comparison with the room opposite 202. It was clean and quiet, but it does seem to be impossible to get a double bed anywhere in these parts.. The upper terrace is very run down, and I am guessing little used. The people running the hotel were very nice though, offering a private parking space nearby for €14 per day. You are very close to all the usual essential places to visit, and in the end the street was not very noisy. It did seem a totally safe part of town, even late at night. Had we have had a decent room with a natural light, I'm sure we would have enjoyed it much more. Could not fault the continental breakfast, very good selection of everything
