A great central location and a good 'business' hotel. Not sure about 4 star as there are no gym or pool facilities. View from breakfast room is superb and hotel is well furnished with smart modern rooms. Good selection at breakfast, but no tea or coffee making facility in room.

It will be a very easy reading review-
1- Fantastic location in the old town city center with some restaurants.. shops..the famous Setubal market " Mercado do Nascimento" (in my reviews ) a Cultural forum is just in front and if you book the top rooms you will have Seaview.
2- Good value for money.
3- Friendly staff.
4- Summer time will be a problem to find a parking space because they don't have a garage.

Indicated hotel if your are travelling for business in the area. The hotel is not modern at all , the rooms are big even are not special. The hotel contains all you need for basic service in case of business trip : internet, breakfast included and in this case great location near several restaurants and easy to arrive and leave.

Nice hotel beside the main Tree-lined Avenue. Nice cafes on one side, McDonalds on the other side. Lovely buffet breakfast catering for all tastes. Free, fast wifi included. Hotel is currently completing a refurbishment, looking very good. Staff very competent & friendly. Thoroughly recommend.

Modern hotel on a main road, surrounded by bars, shops and restaurants. Seafront is about 300 yards away across the road with access to the Troia ferry. No tea/coffee making facilities but free WiFi! Hotel is fine for the money, staff pleasant and helpful. We went in November, had a super meal (nicest steak I have ever had) at a restaurant just up the road and with two bottles of wine and the mandatory service charge it was less than 70 Euros. For four people.So yes, its cheap. Certainly compared to the Algarve, anyway.
