Good new offer and option in the city. Especial for business visits, attend your clients. It was designed for long stays.
I hope the City helps to improve the neighborhood and change some electricity cables that take out some calm and beautiful to every morning from the restaurant at breakfast. However each apartment is equipped with kitchen, tables, china, furniture to make you feel comfortable.
I was at the 16 floor which allows me to have good view of city every morning. Staff were always kind and extremely helpful. Breakfast is good, I would like they could have a good coffee maker machine so you can make your coffee as the way you like, offering a better variety. Other guests who were with me suggested more options so you have more breads or pastries to choose.
Apartments are well for two or 4 guests. Each one with balcony where you can read or open your doors to receive the wind.
I was told very soon they will begin to build a new tower of bedrooms.

We visited Bucaramanga for medical reasons and as patient and accompanying persons stayed in a two bedroom suite. The apartments are spacious two-bedrooms, two-bathrooms and a good size living and dining room.
Housekeeping service is provided daily, with exception to national holidays. Rates are fair and very reasonable. Location is pretty central and clinics and points of interest are easily accessible.
Staff (especially at the reception and the restaurant) are very helpful and friendly. Much attention to the little details.
One set back (if it be seen as such) is that being in the city buildings are generally not well isolated and many 'noises' can be heard throughout the day and evening.
We stayed for three weeks and would stay there again.

I stayed in this hotel for one week, I can tell you. I feel like in home. They are so friendly, gentle, the apartment was very comfortable, the food was very good. But the most important and unique touche is the great people who work in this place. They are totally amazing!!!. I highly recommend it!!! I will come back.

I was there past weekend 24 to 26 of April 2015. It's a small town with a lot of potential for nature and nightlife lovers. The Apartments are new very clean and a very friendly personnel with great service. The breakfast, lunch and dinner where very good for such a small town. The breakfast is the normal breakfast buffet with ham, eggs, cereal, juice ,Coffey etc. There is a experienced chef cook with a own twist of dishes. The apartments are clean and comfortable for two people. If you ever consider traveling to Colombia and want to see the villages this is one place you don't wanna miss. The airport is a very small airport but even there the custom officers and immigration are friendly. You have to take a buss or a taxi to Bucaramanga. Ask what is safe and not safe to go at night and don't let the street vendors rip you of. 2450 pesos is a dollar. You'll have to change money at a bank or casa de cambio but be careful because there's always people watching. Very Good place for a short stay and then travel on. I had a great time hope you to and always be careful when you're far away from home.

I received 5 star help from the staff members. They were really friendly with my family and I. The restaurant serves excellent food and the location was a convenient location since it was equally near my business needs and entertainment. Highly recommend it!
