Tanvi Gon 26/06/2017 17:06Absolutely no qualms about the hotel staff or the cleanliness or even the amenities provided. The rooms, albeit small, were clean. The staff was polite. The breakfast, however, was not at all up to the mark, with limited options to choose from.
Decent place for a night's stay.
Functional : A lot needs to be done.
Kartikay Son 20/09/2016 20:03I stayed here for a night only and I was disappointed. If I knew i'd be staying at this place, i'd have paid extra to move a different hotel without a second thought. Breakfast was below average, waitress was rude, rooms were small and you could literally hear the sound of your next room neighbors. My advise, excuse this hotel and choose a different one if you have to pay a little extra and you'd be happy.

jen895on 28/07/2016 12:51Stayed here for 5 nights as it's near family I the area. We had a family room on the ground floor which had a disabled bathroom. The hotel is spotlessly clean with quiet aircon which is really needed in this area. Most people seem to spend a single night here en route to somewhere more interesting. Breakfast is a bit rough (think plastic bowls and a limited cold buffet- not really a 4 star experience) but not really a problem when there are so many lovely cake shops to have breakfast the Italian way. Room was functional and plain but looked recently decorated. Didn't eat in the restaurant but there's a trattoria over the road that looks ok. Situated on an industrial estate so there's plenty of parking. If you want to visit a traditional Tuscan village with restaurants and good icecream then jump in a cab and go to Cascina or Pontedera town centre, small, but enough for an evening stroll.

If you visit Pisa ... try to stay in a hotel within the city

Room clean and basic no frills
Food which was largely buffet average
Nowhere to walk out to from hotel
No electric when checked into room
Probably won't return
