All rooms are spacious and clean and the majority have a great sea view. It is well maintained although an aged structure. Poor quality of breakfast, not recommended when you can find excellent alternatives in the centre of Galaxidi. The WiFi does not work. Management and staff are completely amateurs. An average hotel that I would not easily stay again if I can find a better option. It is ok for a night or so.

We visited the hotel on August 25th /2016 on a 3-nights stay. At the pros, wonderful location, excellent sea view ( unfortunately not a nice beach to swim due to the stones ), well maintained and dully cleaned facilities, wide open space lawn, clean and sufficiently large pool.
At the cons, the kitchen ( we chose breakfast only, in order to have lunch we would have to inform the staff the previous day in case we liked the meal provided and pay 10€ per person, tested it once... it was enough... ), the charge of 4€ for a double espresso ( it costed 2€ at galaxidi !!) , it is true that wifi is only available at the lobby
To sum up, it is a value for money solution, surely propose it and would surely visit it again ( hope there is a decent buffet for lunch next time even with a higher cost )

We last visited Europa two years ago and although our stay was again very enjoyable we were disappointed to note the following:
WiFi (free) is available near the reception area ONLY! Mattresses were as hard as stone and prolonged sleeping could seriously damage your health! Our bedroom had a permanent third bed (although we were two), taking up unnecessary space. The balcony chairs were old and sagging and were held together with tape. (In some rooms we spotted new orange balcony chairs so presumably all will be replaced budget permitting!)
The light fixtures in the room were inadequate.(One lamp was missing a bulb).
The toilet seat was cracked but was replaced the next day. The TV set is still the old bulky type of the flintstone era.
Breakfast continues to be boring and completely uninspiring!There is the usual variety but quality and presentation are way below average. The hotel is situated on the beach, in the middle of nowhere, at least 10 mins drive from Galaxidi with no taxis or public transport readily available so a rental is a must. Have in mind that there is nothing nearby, no restaurant, bar or convenience store so stock up specially since the hotel offers no food except mini toasted sandwiches.
On the plus side all rooms have amazing sea views and overlook the pool and gardens.
The rooms and hotel are spotless. The rooms are large and so are the bathrooms which have a large tub as well as a shower.(Amenities are basic). The a/c is very efficient and the rooms are equipped with a very useful fridge, hair dryer and safe box. The big plus is that all rooms have large balconies enabling you to enjoy the spectacular view to the maximum! The staff is very friendly, helpful and efficient and much to their credit everything that needed fixing in the room was fixed the next day. Vasilis the friendly receptionist, is a true hero doubling as a barman, sandwich maker, maintenance man and night receptionist too! If you have transport then by all means chose this hotel . It is most enjoyable despite its shortcomings.

Booked a TRIPLE and they gave me 2 singles and something that looked like a bed but wasnt. It was suitable for a 5 year old ONLY. For what??? 110euro per night? ???? Are u kidding me??? I stayed at Sol Aloha House in Spain and paid 100 for a 35 sq.m suite with living room and a view to die for. To hell with you.

Traveling with 3 kids and my mother. Pluses were wonderful views of the gulf and a beautiful pool. Negatives: No real wifi; no bug screens so have to shut out the mosquitoes and the view; Rooms very basic and staff generally uninterested in guests. The breakfast is not exciting and the coffee terrible. All glad we stayed only one night but it was fine.
