A big Plus is the location of the hotel, walking distance to London Pedington station.
Lots of food option available near by and very good breakfast, staff was chairing.
Only a bit expensive I fell however us it was a value for money as we got a good deal while booking . Thanks Europa staff for your help.

Was going to London with my partner to celebrate his 50th birthday and to celebrate remembrance weekend. We booked this hotel for the location but were really disappointed to find a less than satisfactory room, with a tiny bathroom which had an awful shower which soaked everywhere. There were bulbs that needed replacing, no glasses in the bathroom, no lid on the toilet seat and it was generally very shappy for the area it is in.
We were on the third floor but were offered no assistance with our luggage.
We went for breakfast the next morning and were surprised there was no English breakfast, just a continental-I just filled myself up on toast.
Would not stay here again or recommend to anyone.

Told from the start free parking , and full English breakfast wich is on our booking confirmation, upon arrival parking is not free and was charged an extra £15 . first in pression on arrival were OMG what a dive the place was dirty and smelly unorganised receptionist didn't no who we were even tho we booked well in advance and we had phoned a few days before to confirm. After climbing 3 floors of steep stairs no help with our bags . The room nothing like the pictures on booking.com the shower was mouldy the walls and ceiling were cracked and need a good make over as we had driven over 4 hours and had little time before our concert in the royal albert hall we decided to shut up and put up as it was only 1 night .the breakfast turned out to be continental this was changed after we complained to booking.com .would not recommend you have been warned.

We’re stayed at Europa House for about 1 week because it is close to where our son lives.
We had a 2 bedroom apartment with daily maid service
Great space and good amenities with a pleaseant and friendly onsite manager/concierge.
The space was well more than we needed and would be great for a family of 4.
There is even access to an extremely large private park with play equipment for children.
Next door is a pub that serves a decent breakfast and is a nice place for a drink.
Within 100m is a 25 hour mini Tesco and a laundry/dry cleaners if you do not want to use the supplied clothes washing facilities and iron
A bus service to Oxford Circus etc is aslo within 100M and takes about 15-20 min other than in rush hour.
It is within easy walking distance to 2 tube stations on the Bakerloo line (10 min max) and similarly about 10min from Maida Vale shops, hairdressers, cafe etc
About 10-15 min max walk to Little Venice which is a pretty area to visit.
All in all a very well located and well appointed serviced apartment located near but not in the busy west end

I had chosen the hotel because of a good location but finally could not go. Contacted the hotel and although I kept the room booked after the deadline, they were more than kind in communication.
Will go there next time when in London.
