Great price vs quality
Josué Jon 29/09/2016 12:32Very nice hotel, the rooms are ok, the breakfast is good as well, the only problem that could be is the distance to the center, but if you're driving it doesnt really matter. The relation cost vs quality is awesome, totally would advise to go there!
Just what we needed
Todd Con 20/08/2016 15:54After driving non stop from Lleida to Ourense , we had pre booked this hotel. Easy to find. Very well priced for a Dad with two kids. The reception was great. Super happy and friendly staff. We just manGed to get there in time for a 10 minute swim before the pool closed. The room was great and had all we needed. Although dated the bathroom was clean and tidy.
Dinner was had in the cafe and was good comfort food from Galicia at excellent prices. The only thing I would say they could change is the pool hours. They could open it a lot earlier than 1200 and it could close later than 20:30

Enobarbus3on 20/06/2016 08:16We were warmly welcomed and given comprehensive information. The hotel is rather dated and 15 mins out of town. That did not bother us, we chose it for the good size pool . Unfortunately the weather was cool and the pool was closed. The rooms and bed are fine. The walls are thin and every door slams shut noisily. Can be a problem if a tour group is using the hotel as when we stayed. Breakfast is very good. The only daytime food and drink is from vending machines. Evening food is poor and limited to what is in the packet or freezer. We tried to find a restaurant in Ourense without success. Bars yes, food no. There is plenty of good covered parking on site. We used the small gym as the outdoor pool was closed. It was just about adequate but the multi gym was broken which rather sums up our overall experience.

María Lon 18/08/2015 18:43The Hotel Auriense is a great place! They have an amazing pool in the garden, the room as well as the toilet were big, and the bed was huge and comfy. I requested them to put Spanish Omelette in the breakfast buffet and they did -one of the two days of our stay-!! Such a nice gesture! Also, because we booked the room at their website they invited us to a drink and a tapa. Plus, I asked for a chamomile tea during the night and they gave me one -for free-. We had read some very negative comments here, so we were a little suspicious. But our stay was very nice and the hotel fulfilled our expectations and more. Excellent!!
