It feels like a factory from the outside, next to one Aldi supermarket, very bad price for value, the breakfast can also be added for EUR 9.90 per person, plates of the breakfast buffet are all broken, the waiters and waitresses are throwing plates around like crazy, the elevators are out of service most of the time, booked a Suite, the room's ceilings lights are on and off and on again several times a day, the bed is a feather bed and it sounds like from the 60s (a lot of noise when lying on it), the hotel is lack of space for guests to sit down and relax, there is only a breakfast buffet and no coffee shop, no spa facilities, no sauna, no steam, no gym, no pool, no jacuzzi, no complimentary water in the room. I don't quite recommend this place, it's not even cheap and the area is just a factory area.

We stayed here for 3 nights last week. Ok looking hotel with a very clean and comfortable room.
There is no bar (minibar selection in fridge), no restaurant provided which baffles me for a business hotel. They do however do take away pizza that they can call which isn't cheap!
We didn't try breakfast as we headed into city centre for that.
A nice looking place called Serra nearby and we did find a Paddle Sportsbar for cheap beer, snacks and football!
There is nothing around the hotel as it seems to be located on an industrial estate. We did struggle to get to the hotel initially through metro however very easy to take Renfe train which is a 16 minute walk to the station and takes you directly to the city centre. Also taxis do not tend to go so far out. We did get a taxi back from the centre one night which cost €40.
I would recommend this hotel only if you have rented a vehicle.

Rooms are clean and tidy with fridge and safe. Reasonable bed and good bathroom.
The Services Directory in the room states
Snack Bar 19:30-23:00 and
Restaurant, dinner only 20:00-23:00.
In fact this is the reception staff calling the local pizza delivery for you. No restaurant, no snack bar, no bar at all! Very poor from a hotel with "Executive" in its title. Very little nearby other than an ALDI next door.
I won't be booking this place again.

Good hotel for business. Breakfast is not so good how it seems in picture, the room is quiet and very confortable. Staff is kind and helpful.
It is close to a burger king and a lot of nice places where eat something.like everzwhere in spain
