The room was fine, but very, very noisy from street noise (hammering and drilling, garbage and delivery trucks, etc. started quite early) and other rooms in the hotel. Most employees were okay but one receptionist who checked me us and out was quite unfriendly. No breakfast included, so better to eat in a cafe. Location is also okay, a bit far from everything except the Coliseum. Price was not bad, so if you're just looking for a place to sleep with no particularly special ambience or service, it will do.

We arrived early and the man behind the desk was very helpful. We got to our room and the hot water was not working for the whole building. The room we stayed in was not as nice as the photos depicted - in fact - the hotel itself was not as the photos show. The street outside is dirty and our floor stunk of cigarette smoke as we walked to our room. Our hotel room looked out into the playground of the sports center next door so the curtains had to remain shut. This hotel is great as a base and for the price, however please don’t except anything as nice as the photos show. This hotel requires some TLC. On a massive positive the staff are fantastic.

Visited this hotel a week ago with a friend, we fell in love with the hotel straight away. Staff were so friendly and helpful as soon as we checked in. Mirta and Antonio were extremely helpful and made our stay even more perfect. Mirta helped us to book some sightseeing tours which were all amazing! Room was a nice size, although the only thing that let it down was the fact there was no kettle to make your own drinks. Although was very impressed with the room service everyday. The location couldn't be any better, we was very close to the Coliseum which was amazing. Perfect location if you wanted to stay somewhere central. Overall we had an amazing 5 days! Would definitely visit this hotel again in the future and would most definitely recommend it too. Thank you for being so good to us, we had such a pleasant stay.

Rooms: Great amenities, large bed, TV, and nice size bathroom. The first night our room had a leak, it was raining for some odd reason, but I woke up to a wet bed. They were able to accommodate us and move us to another room the next morning- not much of a hassle.
Service: I called up for a wine bottle opener (because duh, we were in ITALY!), and they were happy to obliged within 10 minutes.
Location: A bit in the sketch part of town, one side was sketchy, but if you walked in the other direction it was safe. There were a few great hole-in-the-wall restaurants with amazing house wine, pasta, and delicious fresh bread.
Restaurant: We received a few free lunch/breakfast vouchers to the hotel, and it was a continental breakfast. I was pleased with the food and delicious cappuccino!

Just back from a short city break to Rome.Although we arrived at the hotel before twelve noon we were allocated a room without a problem.While it would be easy to criticise the size of the room it did have a large comfortable bed,mini bar and safe but surprisingly no tea/coffee making facilities despite the latter being listed.Our room was spotlessly clean and very well maintained daily.Breakfast was run of the mill buffet but nonetheless adequate for our needs.Reception staff were very friendly and helpful with information regarding transport,sites etc.We found Mirta in particular to be most helpful and professional.
The strong points about this hotel are it's location close to Termini station,Manzoni Metro is three minutes walk away and the Colosseum is just ten/twelve minutes away from the hotel.It is therefore a very good and convenient base from which to explore this magnificent city.It does the basics very well and that is a key requirement for any short city break in terms of what we needed.
