Been here few times . Best cheap hotel in Pattaya. Has Cable tv,wifi,swimmingpool ,air condition . Rooms are Big and clean. Owner of the hotel Will help you with Anything you need . Its only 15 min from min town. Great Will come back again.
They also provide taxi service for the AirPort and very cheap Tour .

Nice, large clean room with fridge, aircon, sofa, TV and dining table. Excellent value. The pool was relaxing. Bed was comfortable. The owners provided useful information. A little far from the beach though.

Stayed here for 2 nights, the owner of the guesthouse is really friendly and helpful, such a nice guy. The rooms are big! A big comfortable bed, a/c, fridge, wardrobe, table and chairs... It's really nice. Really good for the price. Shower was hot, room was clean. We really liked it here. Would stay again and really would recommend it here, it's a fantastic budget guesthouse.

We are family of four persons ( 2 adult + 2 child ) and were staying in the standard room of this residence ! Suprise to note that room was quite big and having all necessary room ameneties like televison,hold and cold shower,refriegerator,aircon etc in good working condition ! The only drawback is the location of the residence ! It is far from the main bustling area of pattaya and you have to catch tuk tuk from the main road to reach there ! Main road is also a ten mins walk from the residence ! Second drawback is no restaurant is nearby areas except couple of thai restaurants,for food again you have to go to the main street ! For Indians,Indian food is not available in the nearby areas ! Rest all superb ! Couple handling this residence gives execellent services when and where it is reqd. ! They booked tours also at a very resonable prices ! Choice is yours want to want !

My staying was very pleasant since the owner mr.T.J was willing to help by picking me up, even already very late, I had arranged booking on last minute. Small cute swimming pool, spacious room, quite environment, everything perfect. Highy recommend!
