The hotel is small, near to the metro station. The staff is helpful and very kind. The room is clean but very small... in my not windows. They cleaning every day, but I think if the management decided to make a renovation it will be better. In rooms no amenities...So the breakfast is no very good, they serve the same things every morning. No espresso coffee....

This a good hotel that i visited with my partner this year Seot 2017 a one night stay, (we were on the Algarve and had 36 hours in Lisbon)
we are returning back to the hotel the end of this November as it is central enough for us with a metro underground pass at 6 euros for 24 hours.
The hotel is clean and a good base to stay even for a business traveler
free wi fi and breakfast.
Great location

We recently spent a week at this hotel and enjoyed our stay. We arrived well after midnight following a delayed flight and the night attendant couldn’t have been more charming and welcoming.
Our room was a little basic and was spatially challenging particularly the bathroom which was difficult to get in and out of due to interference with the bedside cabinet. However, the staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfasts were simple but plentiful.
The hotel was perfectly located just 50metres from the metro station, with quick links into the city or the airport. There a several nice restaurants and cafe within a block or two, if you choose to eat out locally and the in-house bar is great for a cocktail or night-cap. The only complaint (apart from the small room) was that there was no in room facility to make a hot drink.
Good stay

Arrived on Sunday parking free then But Monday from 9 Am watch out only limited, may be 8 cars for the hotel, half hour walk to city center nice walk on main street, decorated cobblestones nice touch. Rooms nice comfy bed, no kleenex, free breakfast nice lots to choose from. In Lisbon don't use the car, no parking or at least have hard time. Don't use tuk/tuk either expensive, trip to Belem tsk/tuk 30Euro, taxi back 6 euro. Room paid 142 can

Arrived with 7 friends for 60th celebration. On arrival, informed our 4 rooms were "flooded" & they were moving us to a nearby hotel which is the same standard (3*). Receptionist was laughing so we thought she was joking. She was not !! On arrival (Hotel Alicante) we found out it was in fact 2* & far inferior to one we had booked. No bar, very small & basic rooms. Rude receptionist who said we should be grateful to have a bed for the night !!! Hotel was nearly 40 euros per night per room cheaper & no one is prepared to give us refund. Excelsior have said it is not there fault we were moved !!!! There are hundreds of hotels in Lisbon, I suggest you do not try either of above. Very disappointed to have my birthday ruined.
