Dark, dull, soulless, heartless hotel..... purely functional and basic. Small bed, small room. No restaurants nearby for dinner. No supermarkets nearby either (to buy water for the room). Breakfast wasn't included in our package. Pastelaria Padaria is around the corner for good coffee & pastries. On the positive side, the hotel is blessed with really helpful and friendly reception staff. The hotel itself is clean and the(small) room was impeccable every evening on our return. The metro is nearby to bring you into the centre. Alternatively, you could walk down the Rua Liberdade - it would take about 15-20 minutes.The terminus for the Red Hop on/Hop off Bus is across the road.

Ideal location very central and close to other hotels. Clean and staff very friendly. Gym small but adequate.

On our first visit to Portugal we spent three nights here and returning from Porto another night. Our last night we had a suite with a balcony which was beautiful. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Good location for walking . Many restaurants around as well as shopping . This setting of this hotel blends the old section of the city with the new. Great hotel
and location.

I spend 3 nights in this hotel and it was good. Bed was comfortable, but one night some strange alarm was causing the noise in the backyard. Air conditioning unit could be a bit less noisy. Breakfast bar wa sok but not on a level of other 4 star hotels. Staff was very polite and helpful. All in all it was a nice experience.

This is my first time in Lisbon I stay here 10 to 16 September
The hotel and room is very clean
Very helper staff
The breakfast is nice
I read for this hotel in tripadvisor somebody write no bottle of water in the room but when I stay everyday have 1 bottle water
The hotel is 2 minutes from barger king and 5 minutes from pizza hut
The hotel is in quite area
