It is not a hotel but a service apartment.I had a terrible experience since i found a stranger sleeping on my bed amidst all my belongings when i returned to my room in the night.On inquiry he said that he was given the key by the reception and nobody accompanied him to his allotted room.My number was 1201 where as his key was for 1202.He was able to open my room with that key.Later on it was proved that both the keys would open both the rooms.Further on my room door the room no was 120 with 1 missing.When i complained to the reception they took it cool.I checked out next day though i was to stay for two more days and payment was made on line.They harassed me a lot for refund of the two balance days and after great follow up i got the refund.I have lodged a written complaint with the reception.

Its nice place to stay if you are on Business trip,you will not get better then this at this price. in this area of HYDERABAD. All room are neat and clean with Hi speed wi-fi internet available free of cost all rooms are with AC. staff are well educated and trained , Morning breakfast is good and room service are also available for food and lunch, Good security arrangement every room has got Refrigerator. Hotel is situated at prime location so after finishing your official/ Business work one can make visit to Lifestyle MALL Just next to Hotel and many more places near by.

Ambience of the place was homely, Staff were friendly, food served was hygienic, taste. Locality was distinct, located in prime area. Stay was homely. I would like to visit this place when ever I visit to Hyd.

it was only service apartments not a hotel as claimed. it has no office or reception, they have employed only a caretaker. the facilities offered are not up to the mark.
hope other travellers are fooled.

I stayed with my family in Greenlands in 2012 and that was overall good experience. but when i stayed in April14 the experience was excellent, even staff is very improved. I liked the stay and specially cleanliness in the hotel.
Specially food was excellent.
i will recommend this place to leisure travelers as hotel is located cenrally in the city and major tourist places are nearer to the hotel
