Clean rooms, nice breakfast selection, friendly staff, very conveniently located and quite well known. The staff is well mannered and polite. The roof top, adds to the charm of the hotel. Enjoyed jazz night. Overall a good experience with family and would highly recommend for a short stay.

Clean rooms, decent breakfast selection, friendly staff, very conveniently located and quite well known. One of the 2 lifts was under renovation so was messy / inconvenient. Rooms are getting a bit old and hotel has not undergone full renovation - apparently selected rooms are being individually renovated. If you get the chance, ask to view all available rooms upon checkin so you can pick the best available room.

Excellent service by the staff. They are kind and well mannered.
Clean rooms and hygiene is completely taken care of. Amazing food
Overall highly recommended for solo or family stay.
Stay at this Hotel if you want access uptown markets, some of the best pubs, restaurants. Make sure you call them few hours before you check In so that you don't need to wait at reception.

This hotel has a lovely energy about it, the staff are really helpful, the food is exceptional with 2 restaurants one less formal on the roof and a more exclusive one with a visual menu so you can see your food before ordering. It is within a few minute walk or auto rickshaw to Link Road where there's market stalls, street traders and designer stores. All in all a great first stay in the beautiful city of Mumbai.

Ended up paying way much than the price at booking.com, when we showed the voucher, nothing happened.
Hotel under construction, heavy noise since early morning.
You would've expected something much better from a boutique hotel.
