We always stay at the Expo when we go to Moto GP and for 10 years it has been fine, but no more!
It has become a loud, brash BRIT'S ABROAD hotel - avoid the bar it was just full of loud, foul mouthed Brits
We fully appreciate that the hotel can do nothing about the type of customers but sadly for us this was the last time we will stay because of the class of customer now using the hotel.
Perfect location for metro station and bus station, about 1km from old town and near the airport and circuit. Bedrooms reasonable size, clean and comfortable.

Having inadvertently travelled from Alicante to Valencia, by bus, we realised it would be midnight befor we got a return bus and it would end up at the "bus station" in Benidorm. Easy option seemed to be to stopover (we did have passports with us for checking in), Expo hotel just around from bus station and we were fortunate to get booked in: May I hasten to add by a lovely, helpful receptionist from Budapest. Room good size but basic,(needs a freshen up) but comfy bed, lovely bath and toiletries.(This hotel backs onto a shopping centre with play areas and delicious food in food court. Especially in el rey Istambul). Given map and directions to old town. Yes we had found the real Spain! Worth a visit. Saturday and visits to churches with families and babies being christened. Lovely.

Great location, this hotel is within a short walking distance from the bus terminal(we arrived by Alsa bus) and there is a big shopping mall right beside the hotel with a lot of shops and restaurant. The lobby looks decent and most of the staff were very friendly and efficient, except 1 of the young lady with very unprofessional face all the times. The room is sufficient for 3 adults, which I believe is a normal twin/double room with an additional bed, it will be more spacious for twin sharing. The bedding and decoration are quite old but at least clean enough. The bathroom though really need some upgrade and maintenance. The door is unable to be closed properly and the ceiling was shaking all the time when we try to open the door. This is a good option for budget traveler.

we stayed at the expo hotel for a week in october, the location was good, close to Turia metro station and bus stop, although the hotel needs a bit of TLC rooms are clean with efficient daily housekeeping but no tea and coffee making facilities flat screen tv but mostly spanish chanels, 20 minutes walk to old town turia park is 5 minutes from hotel and 30 minutes walk to Biopark. Overall a comfortable stay well located and not expenssive i will use again if in valencia.

We reserved this hotel as it looked nice both in their web and Booking - FAIL! When we arrived to the hotel, the hall decor was already showing decay but when we opened the room door was even worse. The hotel pics versus reality was just overwhelming smashing. The decor was from 1980's and the cleanliness was an issue... We went to the pool to check it out and the first thing we noticed was the strong sewer smell... just disgusting...! Even thought, the next day we've gave it a try again, the same!... Also, I think it is the first hotel where the pool has no towels available for the guests... Check the pics correctly before you reserve this hotel.
