Grandseasowneron 07/08/2017 13:43Wi-Fi set up sucks! ES has 2 sites in Akron/Copley area (actually across the street from each other). They switched my reservation without notifying me...TOTAL mix-up at check-in. In addition, there were 3 separate major events going on in town, which made for an over-booking situation.

rmmasoncupon 02/08/2017 19:58When I arrived at room refrigerator had spill all over bottom and dried on floor which made it sticky. Not cleaned up. Toilet was plugged up. I asked to have room addressed in morning. When I returned late next afternoon the room was not cleaned up even after request.

905toddfon 22/07/2017 16:03Rooms were clean and supplied with all the kitchen needs . No pool available in the location they put us in. Original location didn't have our room available. The rooms were spacious and clean. Overall happy but reservation process not great.

839nakiaeon 17/07/2017 19:15The staff was so nice and understanding of my situation. They were very accommodating. I was able to extend my stay an extra day without any problems. They even assisted me with a problem that had occur on my bill and the manager was able not only answer my questions but was able to help clear up my bill.

edith386340on 27/06/2017 10:53I love the upgrades and having a kitchen. The firm beds are great and very pleasant employees. I will return. The hotel is close to shopping and many restaurants are steps away. The area is safe and the Copley Police patrol frequently.
