was no carpet . The pool was so small! The breakfast only included coffee, tea, hot cocoa, oatmeal, muffins, and granola bars.
Horrible
975judithoon 08/08/2017 16:15Would not recommend to anyone. The hallways smelled horrible. The room had the bare minimum--the beds were not quality.The heater smelled when it was turned on. We left after one night--we did not feel safe.
Nice accommodations
Jeanine Son 25/07/2017 17:50Other than the pool was closed both days of our stay and no hair dryer in the bathroom accommodations were excellent. Clean rooms updated bathrooms. Full size fridge, stove and micro wave was a bonus. Room was overall comfy and very spacious. Highly recommend.
Great hotel for the price

The room was clean and the appliances were all new (except for the kitchen, but i did not use this during my stay) The staff was friendly and the amenities were endless. If you are going to Cuyhouga park or a concert at Blossom in Cleveland, this is a great location. Otherwise, it is a little far from Cleveland, though there are many places to eat and get gas around this area.

colleenp282on 21/06/2017 07:05My family, which includes myself, my husband, one daughter and twin sons stayed for 8 nights at the ESA in Akron/Copley Ohio. Upon arrival there was a lovely woman behind the counter who greeted us. She was very polite and answered all of my questions. She even asked what company either me or my husband worked for to see if we could get some kind of discount! She saved us almost $200! I would DEFINATELY stay here again!
