I am writing to state that the hotel and management are professional and patient and extremely helpful.
The previous reviewer was in front of me at check in and was aggressive and belittling of the front desk employee who was trying to explain that the hotel needed a credit card on record and if not a cash deposit was required. It was at this point that the earlier reviewer went completely ballistic. She actually was making people in line nervous with her ranting. Disregard her review as the staff have continuously been overly friendly and helpful.
The room is clean and comfortable. The location its excellent.

If I could give this hotel a Zero or less than zero I would! I had to call guest relations yesterday and have still to hear back from the GM or DM! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. For starters upon check in I chose to pay cash because I had evacuated Florida and had not had a chance to deposit cash into the bank. Upon check in I had to pay 800 plus dollars for 4 nights pet fees and 100 security deposit that they told me I would get back in cash if I decided to leave early. Went next day to let manager know I was leaving early and I wanted my cash back they said no I had to wait to get refunded from corporate!! They said they did not keep cash at the hotel I said what did you go to the bank overnight??? Manager was eating and spitting out his food as he spoke and was very rude!! So much for Hospitality and professionalism!!! I told him I would call corporate and he pointed ant his name tag like I was an idiot! I said believe me I know what your name is! I am LIVID!! DECEIVING IS too nice to say the least! I can't even believe Corp has not responded yet! This whole corporation should be shut down! I will call the local news if something does not get down asap for me to get my money back! So sad that you would treat a family who is already under major stress from this storm like the way I have been treated! You have been forwarned!

Great place to stay. The staff on checking in had menus for area restaurants and also directions. The rooms were recently renovated. Beds are extremely comfortable. There is also a gym. Would defiantly stay again when visiting Atlanta.

The staff was welcoming and very accommodating. The room was clean and very comfortable. I don't usually sleep well in hotels, but I actually had a decent night's sleep. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in Atlanta.

I was coldly greeted at check in. The employee never smiled or made eye contact. I signed up for 20% off through the company's Extended Perks program which I was told I'd get at checkout. I had to kill a roach in the bathroom my first day and there was food in the fridge from a previous guest stay. The hotel smells old and feels like a bad nursing home or something. At checkout I was told the manager would have to take the 20% off my bill and the employee would leave it for him/her to do. I've now checked my account and been charged full price so I have to now get in touch with the manager to resolve my billing issue that should have just been handled upfront in the first place. I won't stay here again and I recommend you don't either. The only thing good about it is the location.
