We did a mini-vacation to Birmingham.
Yolanda at the front desk during check in was AMAZING, for it to be so late in the day, I expected a sullen greeting, she was vibrant and engaging! Breakfast was muffins and oatmeal, just what we needed to start the days activities.
Unfortunately, we forgot an item in our room and when we called and returned to the location, the desk staff was completely unsympathetic.

Worst Hotel ever where do I start staff ok so r ok but one puts people out for no reason other than for keeping your money no pool,bed bugs,dirty towels,Hookers ran the hotel if u see a gray hair lady turn around find some where else to stay I made a big mistake going here wish I can change time so I never checked in they speak bad about guests unfriendly place rooms are too high stove was broke the worst roach motels I ever seen find some hotel that cares cause this one is a waste of money and time

Horrible experience. Called the reservation toll free number several days prior to my arrival at this hotel. Told the agent that I would have to have a first floor accessible room. He said they had a first floor accessible deluxe queen room with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. I booked the room. I then double checked with the agent, gave my credit card number, and got a confirmation email. The reason I had to have a first floor accessible room was I had a cancer patient who also had a minor stroke and he can not climb stairs.
After a long day at St Vincent's Hospital and the Bruno Cancer Center, we get to the hotel. The clerk on duty tells me that they are overbooked and I do not have a first floor accessible room. She could give me a room on the third floor. I told her what the reservation clerk had told me, and see just laughed and said there was no way he could guarantee anything. I told her if I had known this, I would have stayed elsewhere. She said well one of our other Extended Stays might have something, but it was Rush hour and we were tired.
So I figured got online and found a nice nearby hotel.
No need to make a reservation because there is no guarantee it will be honored. The hotel does have a bad odor that is obvious from the lobby. Beware if you book here.

Love the stay I would love to come back I would recommend anyone to stay nice location great employees especially Ms Mandy love her she gave me a smile like no other if I could tip her I would tip her a million times

Staff was courteous, and was a great help the blonde lady was awesome. I will revist this place for sure, if i ever need a home away from home. The rooms are spacious the stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, and coffee maker if u ask, was a great help. Dishes was a surprise, very quiet area just right off the freeway me and my family will revisit here again.
