Overpriced and Minimal Servcie
Tonya Con 23/10/2017 19:57This hotel lacks any type of service. Furnishings and finishes were below average. And it cost over $100/night, way overpriced for what you get. I've had better experience with this chain in Californiat. But this location I don't recommend.
Great Value
Axl Don 24/09/2017 08:21When I checked in, I asked for the quietest room, preferably on a high floor at the end of the hallway. He said he didn't have anything like that available, so I got put on the first floor near the lobby. Apparently, my key and room assignment were already made and it seemed he didn't want to be bothered to change it. I find it extremely difficult to believe the second and third floor were at 100% occupancy.
The room itself had been recently renovated and was very clean. Despite having a full kitchen, there were absolutely no dishes or cookware. All the cabinets and drawers were completely empty. I let it go, as there was a Portillo's just down the street. It's located near a major mall, so there are plenty of shopping and dining choices. Downtown Champaign is a straight shot, and there were plenty of Uber drivers.
Overall, for the price, I felt it was a very good value and would likely stay here again.
Just sleepover
rebecca ton 16/07/2017 23:11We stopped here via Priceline for only $60/ night got two rooms as we were just getting rest midway through our drive from Battle Creek MI to Arkansas. Yes we had a decent bed. Yes they were clean. That's about where it ends. Their "Breakfast" consists of packaged muffins, granola bars, and instant oatmeal. Coffee and tea. No water, milk, juice, or fruit. The person at the desk (pretty sure night time janitor runs the place at night) who checked us in was ZERO help. There was no one there knowledgeable of our rooms. There are plenty of same type hotels around but this was our mistake. We won't be visiting another "Extended Stay" ever.
Best value of long stay hotel
506liuwon 12/07/2017 17:13This is the best value hotel I have stayed in US, very good location and good staff with kitchen in room. This hotel in Champgign, Il is newly renewed, I stay here every time I visit the town, almost 3 months in total of 6 stays.
Great place to stay!
CaryCaryon 12/06/2017 16:44The staff here was very friendly and accommodating. We were greeted every time we came and went. Nothing fancy but a great value for the money. Having a full sized refrigerator for our family reunion was great! We will stay here again!
