My stay has been pretty comfortable. No major issues. The A/C/heater unit could operate a little better. But overall, its been good. Front desk folks have been courteous. They fixed my phone in a timely manner.

I was in town for an unexpected last minute visit and most of the hotels were booked or way overpriced because it's the summer time. I had stayed here before once for a night and it's in a nice safe area so I got a room. The front desk staff was very friendly and my room was clean. The bathroom was clean but small and the toilet wasn't properly sealed to the floor so it moved every time. There were no bugs or anything and plenty of parking and it was nice and quiet, close to food and shopping and you can get right on the interstate from there but I personally wouldn't do an extended stay here. This is fine for a night or two on a budget but I would rather pay for something a little nicer if I needed a room for a week or more.

We were on a quick trip to visit my son at college and drop off some things for him. All the other hotels in the area were booked up, so we decided to try the Extended Stay America hotel. The bed sheets were not clean (they actually had hairs on them!), the room was not clean (bathroom, kitchen area, etc.), and the A/C didn't work properly on a hot August night...

Just to stay here until we find something else moved here for a job transfer.very good so far no problem understanding of my two little dogs very acomadating no issues great place to stay a little noisy

From the moment we arrived the staff treated us like royalty they were so polite and helpful. They made the entire stay a breeze! The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect! Thanks!!
