The front desk was very courteous,professional,and helpful.I would recommend this as a good place to stay.The manager addressed and handled all my issues in a very professional manner.Great location for great restaurants.

Horrible place would not recommend to anyone. Only one nice staff member. One housekeep that starts cleaning around 9 or 10. Never knocked on the door because the dogs. If you don't like dogs don't work in a dog friendly hotel.

Thankfully we were only staying for one night because we were traveling through. I had Clorox spray with me and boy I was glad!! The bathroom was very dirty. It seemed like the hotel employees only changed the sheets. They need more help too! Their was only one friendly woman working there! She was delivering towels and working the front desk.

I really do not know where to start. The room's design was terrible, was hive. A handicapped room and it was set up very non handicapped friendly if you ask me. No ice was available on the premises, not a pleasant experience. 😡

This was a great place my family stayed at for five days. We actually did not want to leave. We had the double beds suite. It was very spacious and big. The rooms in the bonney rd location was much smaller. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, warm, everyone was nice. What is actually wonderful is the kitchenette in the rooms with a full size refrigerator. Cookware, silverware, cooking utensils are available at the front desk if you ask. They will give you a toaster if you ask also. I would suggest fruits like apples, oranges, bananas at least once a week or some yogurt for breakfast. It is also a great location to shopping malls, restaurants and stores. l will definitely visit other extended stay America hotels.
